Nathan has been an S&C coach for over 13 years and has worked with athletes from a variety of sports at Jr, amateur, and professional levels. Nathan has been the head of department at Westfield Sports High, Newington College, and North Sydney Bears RLFC. John has been working in the Strength and Conditioning industry for 23 years. He has worked with athletes across a wide variety of sports including Olympic, World Championship and Commonwealth games medallists. He is recognised internationally as a high quality strength and conditioning practitioner.

John worked as the Australian National Sevens Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for 7 years. During this time the Australian National Sevens team competed in the HSBC World Series, 2 World Cups and 2 Commonwealth games campaigns. His expertise in Rugby Sevens is highly sought after with an on going consultancy with the Ireland Rugby Sevens program.
John is currently a Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Australian Institute of Sport. As part of this role he is responsible for the National Men’s and Women’s Rowing crews which will compete in 2016 at the Rio Olympics. Additionally, John works with the National Centre of Excellence Men’s Artistic Gymnastics program.
John also worked as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Canberra Capitals WNBL Team from 2000 to 2010, during this time the team won 6 national championships. His work in Basketball was recognised internationally when he worked as a consultant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chinese Women’s National Team leading into the Beijing Olympics in 2008.
In 2009 John was recognised for his work in Strength & Conditioning when he was awarded Life Membership by the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA).
He has been a board member of the ASCA since 2005 and is an ASCA accredited Level 3 and Professional Coaching Structure Master Level Coach (PSM) He also presents at ASCA Conferences and Strength and Conditioning courses.

Dan Noble is an Athletic Development Coach at The Hill Academy. He is the owner of Noble Sports & Performance and directs our offseason programming through Hill Performance Training. Recently, Coach Noble served as the Director of Athletic Performance for the Chinese Women’s National Ice Hockey Program. Dan speaks and presents on many different topics, but specializes in the art of coaching and motivating athletes who are in the process of transitioning to the professional level.
Prior to working with The Hill Academy and launching Noble Sports and Performance, Dan played professional football in Europe as well as for the University of Guelph. It was in Guelph where Dan mentored under performance specialist Chris Mumford and world-renowned strength coach Vern Gambetta.
Dan obtained his Bachelors degree from the University of Guelph and received his Masters of Science in Education from D’Youville College. He is an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and proud husband of Crystal and father to Kaden and Isla.

Chris Frankel, MS, is Director of Programming for TRX. A coach, trainer, and educator for more than 25 years, Frankel has trained and consulted for collegiate and professional sports teams, the U.S. Navy SEALs, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, and U.S. Secret Service. Prior to working with TRX Frankel served as instructor of record for undergraduate and graduate courses in the department of Health, Exercise, and Sports Science at the University of new Mexico. He has published numerous fitness and training articles, coauthored a book chapter for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and coauthored research articles in peer reviewed journals. He presents nationally on topics related to training and human performance. His current area of concentration is evaluation and training of high intensity exercise, repeated sprint ability and the effect of external loading on energetics.

Dr. Toby Brooks has served as the Clinical Coordinator and as an Associate Professor in the Master of Athletic Training Program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas, since 2009. Additionally, he is the former Director of Research and Education for the International Youth Conditioning Association, a position he held for more than 10 years (2005-2015).
The Golconda, Illinois, native completed his undergraduate studies in Athletic Training and was named one of the Top 25 Graduating Seniors at Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) in 1998. He then accepted a graduate assistant athletic trainer position at the University of Arizona. At the U of A, he completed both his Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Physical Education while working with the Wildcat women's gymnastics, football, and baseball programs.
Brooks has worked as a certified athletic trainer and/or strength coach with numerous professional, collegiate, and high school athletics programs, including the Oakland Raiders, USA Baseball, the University of Texas El Paso, Liberty University, the Florida Firecats, Shawnee Community College, the Southern Illinois Miners, and seven high schools across three states. He has also published multiple articles and studies and is a regular presenter at national and international conferences.
Brooks currently serves on the Youth Special Interest Group (SIG) for the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is an active member of the Changing the Game Project. He is also co-founder and creative director for NiTROhype Creative, a graphic design firm specializing in athletic-, fitness-, and motorsports-based businesses. He and his wife Christi reside in Lubbock with their daughter Brynnan (12) and son Taye (9).
