Leo Totten has worked with athletes and coaches from the high school level, to the collegiate, national and international level. He is a well-known speaker and author who has a strong reputation in the strength and conditioning field. Recognized as one of the 65 most influential Strength Coaches of all time, he has 20 years of experience as an Olympic Weightlifting Coach and Clinician for USA Weightlifting. He has worked on two Olympic Teams, three Pan Am Teams, and five World Championship Teams. In 2005 he earned the USA Weightlifting Coaching Excellence Award.
