Adam graduated from physiotherapy in 2003 from LaTrobe University, also graduating from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters of Applied Science.
His background however is in Strength and Conditioning. He has over 20 years of experience in this field.
At the elite level, Adam has become a highly sought after High Performance Coach and Consultant. He has worked with players and teams within the AFL, Australian ARC Wallabies and other various sporting teams, both domestically and internationally.
Athletics is another of Adam’s passions. Coaching at the elite level has enabled him to concentrate in sprinting, specifically 100 metre sprinting, nationally and internationally. This includes coaching the 2009, 2010 and 2011 100 metre Australian men’s national champion.
