Is the co-owner and Director of Sports Performance. She and her husband Rich opened ABT in June of 2008. Liane is also the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Franklin High School. Prior to opening ABT, she had been the director of Sports Performance of Poliquin Performance Center and Parisi Speed School in Andover, MA. She has 12 years of full-time experience as the strength and conditioning coach at Boston College, Arizona State University, University of Nevada-Reno, and Northern Arizona University. She has worked directly with Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Softball, Baseball, Lacrosse, Golf, Wrestling, Field Hockey, Track, Swimming & Diving. She has also trained athletes in the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB. She is a graduate of Endicott College and Miami University (Ohio). Liane is an accomplished drug free power lifter and strongwoman competitor. She competes on both the National and International level and has represented the United State Powerlifting team in Seven World Championships and two World Games. Liane also represented the United States in the 2003 ESPN’s Worlds Strongest Woman Competition.
