Dennis Cordell was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, and is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the George Mason University School of Law. Dennis began working for the NFL Coaches Association in August 1999, where he served as Assistant Executive Director. In that role he handled all the legal, licensing, database programming and the day-to-day management responsibilities of the NFLCA office. As Staff Counsel for the NFL Players Association from June 2005 through January 2006, Dennis represented various NFL players in fine appeal hearings, dealt with agent regulations and participated in collective bargaining sessions with the Arena Football League on behalf of the AFL Players Association. He left the NFLPA to found Coaches Inc.
