Now in his 19th year as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Valdosta State, Michael Doscher has been instrumental in VSU’s athletic success during his tenure with the school. After all, Doscher’s leadership in the weight room has aided the school in winning four of its five NCAA Division II National Championships, including three in football. He has aided the remaining ten Blazer programs to numerous Gulf South Conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances.
Doscher has received numerous honors for his work in the field of Speed/Strength and Conditioning. In 2007, he was named the Samson Division II Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year by American Football Monthly while also earning the NSCA Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Professional of the Year award in 2005, an honor he was also nominated for in 2003 and 2004. Doscher has had numerous articles published during his career while he has also been selected to give presentations both nationally and internationally. In 2008, 2009, and 2010 he delivered presentations in China at NSCA seminars presented in Xining City, Shanghai and Hefie while also presenting seminars at various NSCA conferences over the last 17 years.

Juan Carlos Santana is the Founder and Director of IHP, his state-of-the-art training facility in Boca Raton, Florida. IHP has been recognized by several awards as one of the top training facilities in the world, and the country’s best “core-training” facility. Founded in 2000, IHP provides an unparalleled training environment for elite athletes including World Class Tennis Champions, NFL and MLB players, World Champion Brazilian Jujitsu and mixed Martial Arts Fighters, numerous NCAA Division I teams, and hundreds of nationally ranked teen hopefuls from a broad cross-section of sports disciplines. Santana has been part of the strength and conditioning program for several Florida Atlantic University Sports teams over the last 10 years.
Santana is a member and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA, and a member and a certified Health Fitness Instructor with the ACSM. He is also a certified Senior Coach and Club Coach Course Instructor with the USA Weightlifting Team, and a Level I coach with the USA Track and Field Association.
Santana currently serves on the NSCA Board of Directors, and is Sport Specific Conditioning Editor for the NSCA Journal. His previous professional responsibilities have included serving as the Vice President of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Chairman of the NSCA Sport Specific Conference, a member of the NSCA Conference Committee, and the NSCA Florida State Director. As a college professor, he has taught Sports Training Systems and Strength Training at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and is currently involved in several ongoing research projects with FAU and the University of Waterloo in Canada.
A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Exercise Science, JC is involved in several ongoing research studies with several universities and on his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology.

Pete Bommarito, MS, CSCS, USAW, is the owner and president of Bommarito Performance Systems, where he oversees a 20-person team of performance specialists, nutritionists, medical therapists, and scientific advisory board members. He is regarded as one of the top coaches in the industry thanks to his innovative, scientifically based approach to sport-specific training. Under the tutelage of Jon Torine, one of the NFL's most recognized and successful strength and conditioning coaches, Bommarito completed an internship with the Indianapolis Colts in 1999. The next year he became director of the country's most successful NFL Combine preparation program at the world-renowned International Performance Institute in Bradenton, Florida. In four years the program produced 15 first-round draft picks, including Eli Manning, the number-one overall pick in the 2004 NFL Draft. Bommarito also directed the performance program for the Florida Collegiate International League, a highly successful wood-bat league that produced over 75 MLB draft picks during his tenure. As one of the nation's most sought-after speakers for his expertise in all aspects of performance enhancement, Bommarito has presented at numerous major conferences held by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), Nike high school football clinics, and the Arnold Classic. He also serves as an adjunct professor for Florida Atlantic University's exercise science department, teaching classes in the masters-level program with an emphasis on strength and conditioning.

Stuart Yule has been a strength and conditioning coach with elite athletes across a range of team and Olympic sports for 13 years. He is currently the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Glasgow Warriors. This is now his 6th season with the Warriors. Previously, he was a lead Strength and conditioning coach for the Scottish Institute of sport and the English Institute of Sport. During his time at the English Institute of sport he lead the Strength and conditioning programme for the British Judo team up to the Beijing Olympics. Prior to moving to Glasgow Warriors Yule led the S&C programme for the GB and England Women Hockey team. Coach Yule graduated in physiotherapy from which he worked for a short period in professional soccer.
Outside of his professional S&C commitments he enjoys participating in strength sports. He is a retired Olympic weightlifter having won the Scottish weightlifting championships 9 times and represented Scotland at 2 commonwealth games. He now competes in u90kg and u105kg strongman where over the last few years he has been Scotland u90kg and u105kg strongest man and has competed internationally at the European and world strongest man u90kg.

Brendan has worked with a variety of athletic populations from recreational athletes through to Olympians. Currently he is the head of Strength and Conditioning for Leeds Met Carnegie as well as the conditioner for the Asylum Vale Tudo MMA Fight-Team, and has numerous private clients including champion Mixed Martial Artists, pro cyclists and motor cycle riders, tennis athletes, strongmen and many other sportsmen and women. Previous to his current roles he has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for Huddersfield Giants Rugby League, the English Institute of Sport, Durham University, British Tennis (the Lawn Tennis Association) and has worked with many national governing bodies and sports teams as a coach, coach educator, and consultant.
He is an accredited strength and conditioning coach through the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA), he also holds the CSCS qualification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Academically he has a masters degree in strength and conditioning through the University of Bolton. He is a keen martial artist having trained in Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Olympic Wrestling and many other forms of martial arts and is a qualified wrestling and boxing coach as well as a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
