Robb has been a professional coach since 1980. Enhancing performance for scholastic, collegiate and professional athletes as a practitioner in the public and private sectors of the fitness industry. Robb has been a national/international lecturer since 1985, teaching and consulting with athletes and coaches around the world from China and Australia to the United States and Europe. Evan Simon is in his first season as the head football strength and conditioning coach at Wisconsin after spending the last four seasons as director of strength and conditioning at Utah State, where he worked with UW head coach Gary Andersen. Simon oversaw all sports at Utah State while directly developing and executing the strength and conditioning programs for football and men's basketball.
Prior to joining his time at Utah State, Simon worked with Andersen at Utah, where he held the position of associate director of strength and conditioning from 2006-09. Simon assisted with designing and implementing strength programs for the Utes' football and men's basketball teams while also developing and implementing a nutrition curriculum and assisting with workouts and rehabilitation for a number of sports.
Prior to his time at Utah, Simon was the head strength and conditioning coach at Davidson College from 2004-06, where he oversaw all strength training for 21 sports.
Prior to Davidson, Simon served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Kentucky while earning his master's degree in exercise physiology.
Simon graduated from Frostburg University with a bachelor's degree in health and physical education. Simon and his wife, Linda, have a daughter, Abbi.

Gary Schofield is entering his seventeenth year as a nationally certified and state licensed athletic trainer (NATA) and nationally certified strength & conditioning specialist (NSCA). Coach Schofield’s unique background of athletic training and strength and conditioning has allowed him to coach and assist in the athletic development of athletes with teams and organizations such as the Atlanta Hawks (NBA), Georgia Force (Arena Football), Gwinnett Gladiators (ECHL), Atlanta Trojans (USBL), WCW Wrestling, Atlanta Silverbacks Pro Soccer (A-League), Georgia State Olympic Development Program, USA Track & Field Indoor Championships and many other pro and amateur organizations. Also, Coach Schofield has worked individually with over 500 high school athletes that have gone on to NCAA scholarships, over 100 professional athletes, and even 3 Olympians!
He has served as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Greater Atlanta Christian School, a private high school located in northeast Atlanta, for 11 years (2000-2005, 2007-current). Coach Schofield also serves as Georgia State Director of the NSCA and was named the NSCA National Strength & Conditioning High School Coach of the Year in 2012. He was also awarded the Strength of America Award for 2010-11 & 2011-2012 in recognition of developing an elite high school strength and conditioning program.
Coach Schofield is a sought after speaker and has presented at several local, state, and regional clinics and conferences. He has hosted the NSCA Georgia Fall and Spring Conference’s for the last three years. A GAC parent himself, he and his wife Amanda, son Brett (16) and daughter Savannah (9), live in McDonough, Georgia.

Coach Donnie Maib is currently in his 19th year as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He began his coaching career at the University of Colorado in 1994 where he worked with E. J. "Doc" Kreis until 1997. Coach Maib trained all varsity teams while at Colorado, where he helped many athletes obtain All-Conference as well as All-American accolades. From 1998 until the present, Coach Maib has been at the University of Texas, where he is currently the top assistant under the direction of Coach Jeff Madden. While at Texas, Coach Maib has worked with a variety of sports including, Football, Women's Track, Men's and Women's Golf, Men's Tennis, and Women's Volleyball.
In 2005, with Coach Maib's support, the University of Texas football team won the National Championship in the Rose Bowl. Under his direct supervision, Women's Track won National Championships in both their indoor and outdoor seasons in 1999. Also under his direct supervision, Men's Tennis won a Big XII conference championship in 2006, and most recently, Women's Volleyball won the Big XII conference championship in 2007. Coach Maib has had the privilege of coaching numerous All-Conference, as well as All-American athletes, at the University of Texas. In football alone, while working alongside Coach Madden and Coach Mack Brown, there have been over 30 players drafted into the NFL in the past 10 years.
In addition to coaching, Coach Maib is also trained in massage therapy, allowing him to assist athletes with both recovery and injury prevention. Coach Maib holds a 1st degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and has published a book and video entitled Speed-Strength Training for Martial Artists. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Donnie assists with character development classes and is often called upon to lead chapels for the football team during the season.
Coach Maib played football at Gallatin Senior High School where he earned All-State, All-Decade, and All-American Honors. He went on to earn a full scholarship at the University of Georgia where he lettered and started for 3 years at defensive tackle.
Donnie has been married 12 years to his wife Karen. They have four beautiful and energetic daughters: Isabel, Anna, Evelyn, and Olivia.
