Jeff Kahn is CEO and co-founder at Rise Science. A Chicago based sleep improvement company that believes that improved sleep is the most potent performance and recovery enhancing activity that exists.
Jeff got his start in sleep science while studying engineering at Northwestern University. After doing sleep and performance research in conjunction with Northwestern's Athletic Department and armed with two engineering degrees, he started Rise Science to bring optimal sleep to other elite athletic programs across the country.
Rise now works with many clients across the professional and collegiate spectrum from Super Bowl contenders, to NCAA National Champions; including Alabama Football, Clemson Football, Oklahoma State Football, The Dallas Cowboys, The Jacksonville Jaguars, The Chicago Bulls and several other NBA partners.

Brian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Miami University in 2004. While at Miami, he played four years of NCAA hockey and was drafted by the NHL’s Atlanta Thrashers in 2001. Brian played seven years of professional hockey, six of those with the Thrashers AHL affiliate, the Chicago Wolves. Currently, he is the head varsity hockey coach at Dexter High School, and a Hockey Masters private instructor. He is also an instructor at Hockey University, a summer-long youth development camp.
Brian used his experience and extensive training background to open Advantage Strength and Conditioning with the intention of improving athletes in both the physical and mental aspects of sport. He has experienced athletics at an elite level, and strives to help others achieve their athletic goals.
He is also co-owner of www.hockeystrengthandconditioning.com.
Brian now lives locally with his wife Kelly, son Cole and daughter, Cooper.

Katie Fowler is in her third season as the strength and conditioning coach for the University of South Carolina women’s basketball team. Prior to joining the Gamecocks she spent three seasons as the assistant director for basketball performance at the University of Maryland, where she worked with women's basketball and helped the Terrapins to the NCAA Sweet 16 (2013) and two NCAA Final Fours (2014, 2015) in addition to continuing to work with Maryland alumnae playing in the WNBA.
Fowler began working in college athletics at the University of Virginia as part of the basketball sports performance staff, which was directed by former Gamecock strength and conditioning coach Mike Curtis, spending one season (2011-12) working with the Cavaliers' men's and women's basketball teams.
Fowler obtained her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri where she was also a member of the women’s basketball team. Upon graduation, she went on to receive her master's degree from the University of Washington in 2009. A career that began as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Iowa State includes one season as an assistant women's basketball coach at University of Illinois-Springfield and two years as a personal trainer before she joined the University of Virginia sports performance staff.
Fowler is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She also holds Precision Nutrition Level-1 Certification and a Fascial Stretch Therapy Certification.

Jim Davis is the Staff & Student Wellness Coordinator at New Trier High School, founder of the Illinois High School Powerlifting Association, and Director of the Good Athlete Project.
In addition to earning degrees from Harvard University, Northwestern University, and Knox College, Jim was an international semi-professional football player and champion powerlifter.
His current research revolves around exercise-induced neural enhancement and effective methods in human development in psychology.

Coach Hollabaugh's coaching experience has taken him from the University of South Florida to sports performance facilities in Cincinnati, and Indianapolis before creating the ProForce program. Coach Hollabaugh also serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Cincinnati where he teaches Methods in Applied Strength and Conditioning for the Athletic Training department.
Kevin received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of Cincinnati. While studying for his Bachelor's he worked as a student athletic trainer for UC Football and played for the UC Club baseball team.
Upon graduating with his Bachelor's from UC, Coach Hollabaugh received the following credentials: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Level 1 Sports Performance Coach (USAW), and Functional Movement Screen Expert (FMSC). He also served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Florida where he worked with the football, baseball, men's & women's basketball, and women's volleyball teams.
Coach Hollabaugh has trained many individuals ranging from inspiring young athletes to future hall of fame professional athletes, with an engaging, scientific, technique-focused style. He has a background as a multiple sport athlete, and still has a passion for baseball and sand volleyball. He currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife Meghan, son Mason, and dog, Crosley.
