Mitch Hauschildt is the Prevention, Rehab and Physical Performance Coordinator for all 16 sports at Missouri State University (MSU). Additionally, he is the strength and conditioning coach for Women's Basketball and Volleyball. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainer's Association, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a certified Club Coach by USA Weightlifting.
At MSU, he utilizes his knowledge of performance enhancement and sports medicine to coordinate the rehab and injury prevention programs for all varsity sports while simultaneously improving the athletic performance for the Lady Bear teams.
In addition to his duties at MSU, he is a noted speaker, having lectured to sports medicine professionals across the country. He has also been published in several national journals in the areas of sports performance and injury prevention.
Mitch is married to his lovely wife, Shannon, and they have 4 children.

Charles Austin graduated from Texas State University with a Business Management degree. He competed as a professional athlete for 15 years where he worked closely with his agent on all of his business arrangements. After winning the Olympic High Jump Gold Medal, he self published his book, Head Games: Life’s Greatest Challenge which focuses on the mental aspects of setting and achieving desired goals . In 2001, he started his So High Sports and Fitness training business. His 800 square feet So High Sports & Fitness Studio opened in 2002 and in 2008, he opened his 12,000 square feet So High Sports & Fitness Performance Center. In August of 2014, Charles successfully launched his Total Body Board at the 2014 IDEA World Fitness Convention. The Total Body Board is the most versatile single piece of fitness equipment ever created. Also, Charles does motivational speaking.

Wayne L. Westcott, Ph.D., directs the Fitness Research Programs at Quincy College in Quincy, MA., where he developed and directs the Exercise Science Major. He has been a strength training consultant for the United States Navy, the American Council on Exercise, the YMCA of the USA, Nautilus, and HUR. He has authored 24 books and textbooks on strength training, and is an editorial advisor/reviewer/writer for many publications, including The Physician and Sportsmedicine, ACSM’s Health & Fitness Journal, ACSM’s Certified News, Prevention, Shape, and On-Site Fitness magazines. Dr. Westcott serves on the Board of Advisors for the International Council on Active Aging, and the Executive Board for the New England Chapter of the American College of Sports Medicine. He was recently honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association of Fitness Professionals, the Healthy American Fitness Leader Award from the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Governor’s Committee on Physical Fitness and Sports, and the Alumni Recognition Award from the Pennsylvania State University.

Jud Logan won a gold medal in the hammer throw at the 1987 Pan American Games in Indianapolis. He competed in four Summer Olympics, starting in 1984. His best finish was 13th in the qualifying
round in 1984. Logan had bests of 49-11 (SP) and 171-11 (DT) in high school. He made his fourth Olympic team and threw in the 2000 Summer Olympics. He has continued throwing into the Masters division, setting the world M50 record in 2009. He currently resides in Ashland, Ohio, where he has coached the Ashland University track team since 1994. He became head coach in 2004 and was named Indoor Men's Coach of the Year in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 2008-2009.
