Scott Caulfield is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach / Coaching Education Manager for the NSCA, and works in a variety of roles to support NSCA certified strength and conditioning coaches at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels. From presenting at conferences, clinics, and exam prep courses, to writing on various topics for books, journals, and magazines. He helps spread the mission of the NSCA informing the public about the organization and its usefulness to coaches all over the world. He is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and training of all athletes, interns, and coaches at the NSCA’s 6,000-square-foot Performance Center at the NSCA Headquarters. He also serves as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Colorado College Men’s Ice Hockey. Coach Caulfield works diligently to promote the NSCA and its coaches including working with national governing bodies such as the United States Olympic Committee, US Ski and Snowboard Association, USA Bobsled and Skeleton Federation, US Figure Skating, and USA Hockey. He has been a certified member of the NSCA since 2003 and is a former NSCA State Director (Vermont) and Strategic Planning Committee member (2010). An NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction (CSCS,*D) and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC*D, 10 years coaching experience), he has also successfully completed courses/certifications with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (level 1), USA Weightlifting (level 1 & 2), Functional Movement Systems (level 1), Movement Training Specialists (level 1), TRX, and ASAE (Leadership Training).

A Internationlly recognized leader in the area of sports development. The Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Society awarded him the Under Armor Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year.
Coach McKeefery is a sought after industry speaker. He has lectured for the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association, and numerous major universities. In 2013 Coach McKeefery was honored as a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa). The Master Strength and Conditioning Coach certification is the highest honor that can be achieved as a strength and conditioning coach, representing professionalism, knowledge, experience, expertise and longevity in the field. Ron has been published in the National Strength and Conditioning journal, American Football Monthly, and Stack Magazine.
Coach McKeefery has served as a strength and conditioning coach at both the Professional and Collegiate level. Working with such professional organizations as the: Cincinnati Bengals (NFL) Kansas City Royals (MLB), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL), and the Berlin Thunder (NFL Europe). Currently he is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Eastern Michigan University. Prior to Eastern Michigan he was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Cincinnati Bengals, Director of Strength and Conditioning for the University of Tennessee, and spent 10 seasons with the University of South Florida (Div I BCS level). In his time at South Florida the Bulls transitioned from Div I-AA to the BCS Big East Conference.
He has had the privilege to work with over 80 players that have gone on to play in the National Football League. Composed of 30 NFL Draft Picks, including 1stRound Draft Pick and Pro Bowlers Mike Jenkins & Jason Pierre-Paul, along with Cordarrelle Patterson and Ja’waun James. He has had numerous All Americans, NFL free agents, and All Conference Selections.
McKeefery earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in Adult Education and Bachelor degrees from Ottawa University in Biology and Physical Education. While at Ottawa University he was a two sport athlete earning All Conference honors in Football and Track. He was also a two time Academic All American.
Ron is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist w/Distinction (CSCS*D) and Coach Practitioner under the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) under the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA). He served as the State NSCA Director for Florida (North).

Coach Ben Creamer enters his seventh year at Ignition as a Performance Specialist and Boxing Program Coordinator. Creamer assists with the design and implementation of all speed and strength programs at Ignition. He has trained professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, CFL. Coach Creamer specializes in assessing and correcting athletic movement patterns along with breaking down the biomechanics of the NFL Combine drills. He is also certified as a CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), USA Weightlifting and Functional Movement Screen.
