Kevin Neeld is the President, Physical Preparation Coach, and Manual Therapist at Endeavor Sports Performance, in Pitman, NJ, the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Manual Therapist of the Philadelphia Flyers Junior Team, and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with the U.S. Women’s National Hockey Team. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) holding a Master’s degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Neuroscience (University of Massachusetts Amherst), a Bachelor’s degree in Health Behavior Science & Fitness Management, and a minor in Strength and Conditioning (University of Delaware). In 2013, Kevin became one of only 9 professionals worldwide to earn the Postural Restoration Trained (PRT) credential from the Postural Restoration Institute.

Jon Jost, the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Florida State University and 2010 NSCA S&C Coach of the Year started his road to FSU in 1987 at the University of Nebraska where he spent 7 years. He served as both a student assistant and a full-time assistant working for a well-recognized pioneer of the Strength and Conditioning profession, Boyd Epley; whom he considers a great mentor. At Nebraska, Jost earned his bachelors degree in exercise science with an emphasis in strength and conditioning in 1990, and his masters in Education Administration with an emphasis in post-secondary athletic administration in 1994.
In 1994, Coach Jost was hired as the first Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Holy Cross, where from the ground up, he developed and successfully implemented a comprehensive program, servicing all 23 athletic department teams.
In 1996, Jost accepted the opportunity to become the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Southern Methodist University. At SMU, he was responsible for the development and the hands on administering of individualized programs for over 350 athletes and 18 teams. While at SMU he planned and designed a brand new 10,000 Square Ft. Strength and Conditioning Center.

Buddy Morris enters his first season as the Cardinals strength and conditioning coach. Previously with the Cleveland Browns from 2002-05 where he worked with current Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians, Morris is back in the NFL after working at the collegiate level for 19 years.
A native of South Park, PA, Morris has an extensive background in strength and conditioning dating back to his first job at his alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh, where he began his coaching career in 1980 in the first of his three stints with the Panthers. He worked under head coach Jackie Sherrill from 1980-89 and aided in the development of future NFL Hall of Famers Dan Marino, Rickey Jackson, Chris Doleman, and Russ Grimm. During that period, Morris helped train 13 first round NFL draft picks and 15 first-team All-Americans.
After working as the wellness director for the Horizon Hospital System in Sharon, PA from 1989-97, Morris went back to Pittsburgh and worked from 1997-2001. During his second tenure at Pitt, the Panthers made three bowl appearance, the 1997 Liberty Bowl, the 2000 Insight.com Bowl and the 2001 Tangerine Bowl. Morris also developed the moniker for the Panthers strength and conditioning program, "The Pitt Iron Works." In 2009, Muscle & Fitness Magazine name Morris' gym one of the 10 toughest in America.
Morris then joined Butch Davis and the Cleveland Browns for three seasons before working at the University of Buffalo in 2006 as its Director of Sports Performance. After one season in Buffalo, Morris went back for his third stint at Pitt under head coach Dave Wannstedt where he worked from 2007-10. The Panthers qualified for the 2008 Sun Bowl and the 2009 Meineke Car Care Bowl during that period.
Following his third stop at Pitt, Morris and his family opened a private gym in Buffalo called the New York Sports Center where he worked with athletes at all levels through personal training, group fitness classes, and injury rehabilitation.
Morris worked with Roger Kingdom, the Cardinals assistant strength & conditioning coach and 1984 and 1988 Olympic gold medalist in 110-meter hurdles. He also helped develop NFL Hall of Fame running back Curtis Martin and Pro Bowl guard Ruben Brown while both were at Pitt.
He graduated from Pittsburgh in 1980 after lettering for four years (1977-80) in track and field. Morris is married to Monica and he has two daughters, Kara and Claire, and two stepsons, Fred and Troy.

Robert Taylor is the founder and owner of SMARTER Team Training. He was the head strength and conditioning coach at Loyola University Maryland for more than seven years. Taylor was a strength and conditioning consultant for athletes on the Women's Lacrosse World Cup Champion's Team Australia in 2005, and was head strength coach for Team Australia's 2009 World Cup team. He has worked with professional organizations such as the Anaheim Angels, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Mutiny and San Antonio Silver Stars. Mark Watts is The Director of Education at EliteFTS.com. He has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from California University of PA and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Clarion University of PA. Watts has been working with college athletes in over 20 different sports at the Division I, II & III levels for over 15 years as a strength & conditioning coach. Prior to EliteFTS, Watts coached athletes at Denison University, The United States Military Academy at West Point, Allegheny College and Clarion University. Watts has also completed strength & conditioning internships at The University of Tulsa and the Ohio State University. Watts is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association.
