Latrice Sales joined the NCAA 2008 and is currently an associate director of the NCAA Sport Science Institute where she is responsible for initiatives and resources focused on health, wellness and safety for student-athletes, coaches, athletics administrators and youth. Her primary responsibilities include sport performance, nutrition, health education and youth sports safety. Latrice also serves as editor of the monthly NCAA Sport Science Institute Newsletter. She manages corporate wellness and safety initiatives within the National Office; including teaching group exercise classes. She also serves as liaison to the committee on competitive safeguards and medical aspects of sports (CSMAS).
Latrice is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor (American Red Cross) and certified health fitness specialist (American College of Sports Medicine). She is a professional member of the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCa) and National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators (NACWAA).

Elliott Hulse a former collegiate football player, and professional Strongman. He is the owner of Strength Camp a training facility in St. Petersburg Florida. At Strength Camp he trains competitive athletes, high school athletes, and the average joe. There he runs one of the most successful Boot Camps in the country. Additonally, Elliott has produced numerous articles, videos, and products for strength and conditioning professionals.

Gayle Hatch's contributions to Olympic-style weightlifting and strength training are quite considerable. He has been active as a weightlifting and strength & conditioning coach for more than thirty-five years. Among Hatch's many accomplishments are memberships in both the USA Weightlifting and USA Strength and Conditioning Coaches Halls of Fame and he served as Head Coach of the men's 2004 USA Olympic Weightlifting. Hatch's club, the Gayle Hatch Weightlifting Team, has a tradition rich program that has won 53 USA Men's Weightlifting National Championships. Coach Hatch has also had athletes make three United States Olympic Teams, and 12 World Teams. He has had more than 50 athletes selected to other U.S. international teams. Coach Hatch is considered one of the pioneers of Olympic-style strength training in this country. He is the inventor of the "Hatch System" and his philosophies have been utilized in recent years by strength coaches at LSU, Alabama, Florida State, Miami, USC and Tennessee. These football teams won a total of 8 BCS National championships. Appalachian State won two Division 1AA Football National Championships using the Hatch System.

Chad Wesley Smith is the founder and head physical preparation coach at Juggernaut Training Systems. Chad has a diverse athletic background, winning two national championships in the shot put, setting the American Record in the squat (905 in the 308 class, raw w/ wraps) and most recently winning the 2012 North American Strongman championship, where he earned his pro card. In addition to his athletic exploits, Chad has helped over 50 athletes earn Division 1 athletic scholarships since 2009 and worked with many NFL Players and Olympians. Chad is the author of The Juggernaut Method 2.0 and The Juggernaut Football Manual, among other things.
